Couples Bootcamp- 1st time, we’re doing it with our men! Ladies & Gentleman join this awesome bootcamp if you want to workout and tone up together! No matter how many pounds you need to lose, where you starting from, its always fun to lose weight together! Plus easier to hold yourself accountable. There will multiple workout option personalized to your individual needs. This is a great way to get closer as a couple just in time for the holidays! All workouts will be done at home, and it will be super fun!
