Recipe: Pumpkin Pie Shakeology

But it’s not really pie, so you can indulge in a glass for breakfast, or whenever you want. Pumpkin is an excellent source of fiber, which will help to keep you feeling satisfied until your next meal.

What you’ll need:

¼ cup water
¾ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 scoop Vanilla Shakeology
½ cup canned pumpkin puree
1 tsp. pure maple syrup (or raw honey)
1 Tbsp. coarsely chopped raw pecans
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 cup ice
