Yes! I get asked this all the time, and the answer is Absolutely Yes! I work out just 30 minutes each day from my own home. I use just a few pieces of equipment (Yoga Mat & Dumbbells) and that is it!
The truth is, if you’re doing a great workout program, and also watching your nutrition, then yes 30 minutes can change everything. The key word though is a “GREAT” program. You see, the program I use, has been carefully created, it started much longer, and then condensed into 30 minutes a day to incorporate all the right moves. Moves were combined to target multiple muscles and the end product was scientifically created into just 30 minutes. There was so much thought behind it….that is why it works.
Will you get results just doing 30 minutes on a treadmill or elliptical everyday….probably not, unless you were TOTALLY inactive prior. The truth is moving 30 minutes a day when you don’t normally will get you some results, but not HUGE results like I got.
