I wanted to share these pics with you so that you can see the real life results I’m getting by continuing my own program. Like most of you, I work full-time, have a 9 month old baby (On top of 3 other children), have a house and hubby to take care of, but yet still manage to find 30 minutes to work out each day.
It’s not easy, and in the last 43 days, I had 2 birthday parties (with Cake!), an Anniversary and a Vacation (with Alcohol). Which shows that if you work hard, you can cheat, you can live a normal life and still get to the goals that you want.
It is realistic to lose 1-2.5lbs a week, there will be some where you plateau but you have to find a program that works for you. What might work for someone may not work for you! But there is a solution, you just have to work with someone that can help navigate all that with you!
