Day 19: On the 21 Day Fix

IMG_4601Hey Guys we made it to Day 19!! Woot Woot!

So today was Cardio Fix and Upper Body! Upper Body kicked my butt! My arms are like Jello. And I am so tired, my shoulders and arms are so tired. But all in good fun right??

I’m so excited we only have 2 days left, and then we can take a mini break before we start it all over again, who’s with me??!? LOL

But I’ve been eating my awesome lunch, the Taco bowl I made with the 21 day fix portions, and so I haven’t had any issues with food this week! Enjoying it all.

Still 7.2 lbs down!
