Day 16 is Complete!! Today I did both the Upper body workout in the morning and the Cardio Fix in the afternoon. I pumped, I worked my butt off and followed the recommended 2 a day for day 16. It was amazing and I’m so glad I did.
No equipment for exercise 2 but all equipment for exercise 1. I really enjoyed the workout! I followed up with my shake and ate good all day. I’m really putting my heart and soul into this last week! No cheat days yet!!
