Today was Totally body Cardio again! Great workout and very tough, I enjoyed it and the sweat was pouring!! I got a lot of the program done without modification, and felt great! Today you need just a mat and weights.
Food wise it was a tough day, so there was a huge gap between my snack and lunch, but I ate properly, and got my workout in late today! I showed up for you!!
