Day 13 is complete! We went back to the Dirty30, lots of cardio and heavy weights. Overall a really great workout. I worked hard and even had my heart rate monitor on. Not sure how accurate but it said I burned 247 calories in 28 minutes?!
Overall a great day, drank my shake, ate some awesome food! Got to spend a little time with the little bit & take a nap! Happy Saturday!!
