Day 11: On the 21 Day Fix

IMG_4279Hey Guys! So today is Day 11, of my journey on the 21 Day fix! We are more than 1/2 way there!! Woohoo!

Today was Pilates again, I woke up thinking that it was going to be another easy day and that I might want to think about adding in a different workout. But nope, it was still tough. I was super proud I could get through all the moves, but I was sweating at the end so it for sure was working.

Just a mat is needed today, nothing more. You’re using your own body to workout today! Of course I finished it off with my Shakeology! Yum!!
