Day 8 workout complete, Can you believe we are on week 2 already!! Remember it’s only 3 weeks, so we are 1/3 done! After 1 week my total weight loss was 5.4lbs!!
Today’s Total Body Workout, was the same workout from Day 1, but I was much better at it! I could hang longer, did less modifications and tried really hard. I know I burned more calories and pushed myself harder!!
You’ll need a set of weights and a mat.
I also ate some Salmon today!! yay!! It was yummy! And my awesome Strawberry & Banana Shakeology Smoothie!
