Day 7: On the 21 Day Fix Program

IMG_4029So Day 7 workout is complete! Yay!! Happy Sunday!

Today was Yoga, which thank God I got that Fitness mat yesterday! (So make sure you got something) A lot of stretching, and holding poses. Very nice and relaxing!

No weight loss today, but that’s okay can’t do it every day!

Off to drink my Shakeology and find some peace in the day, remember that Sunday is Self Love day, so do something of you!

I’ll be spending time with my munchkin!
