Day 4: On the 21 Day Fix Program

IMG_3960Welp, Day 4 is done! Overall, great day, no real highs, no real lows. No hunger, headaches, pain, doing great!

I woke up to another .6lb weight loss, so we’re at 4.2 total now! After only 3 days!! Yes!

Workout today for Day 4 was a Pilates Fix, not bad, just stretching, abs, and legs mostly. It wasn’t a hard workout, some of it was just uncomfortable. I’m again reminded I need a mat! Most of today was on the floor or your knees!  (Must pick that up this weekend!)

My daughter slept for most of my workout except the end, then she just sat next to me laughing at me. 🙂

I’m excited to keep on this journey! So far so good!
