So Day 3 is done!! Yay!! It’s been a really great day, I woke up feeling great, saw my weightless and had no issues with hunger or headaches! Yay!! I also had more energy, and even waited a little longer between meals.
The workout today was Legs and they were really good, I could feel the burn and loved it. I would say again, getting a mat or something is ideal for those workouts because the few on your knees can be a bit tough on carpet,tile, or hard wood.
I’ll be picking up a mat this weekend for sure!
I didn’t have a nanny today, so my 8 month old daughter was with me for my workout, which ordinarily would have been challenging but I incorporated her into the workout. 🙂 I posted a video on Instagram I thought was pretty funny. She seemed to enjoy it and mommy got to workout. No excuses!!
My Shakeology was still awesome, like a healthy milkshake without the diet taste or after taste!
