Results Are in! (After 2 Days)

IMG_3931Still very early in my journey but after 2 days, I’m down 3.6lbs. Just the motivation I need to keep pushing, keep following my plan and working hard!

Like I said in my vLog on YouTube yesterday, it’s likely water weight but, it’s a start and is making me feel empowered. I do feel my body changing and I’m so sore!!
