It’s Sunday, and 3 days before my 30th birthday! I start my challenge and fitness journey next week (August 1st) and I’m so excited. I’m going to enjoy this week and mentally prepare for my total mental and physical change!
My husband has some dinners and probably some sweets planned out for this week, so I already know this week will be not so healthy but hopefully I don’t do a ton of damage. 🙂
I’ll certainly try not to eat that bad in-between all these dinners & sweets!
